raid5: measuring checksumming speed
raid5: trying high-speed SPARC checksum routine
   SPARC : 17.145 MB/sec
   8regs : 14.478 MB/sec
   32regs : 13.335 MB/sec
using fastest function: SPARC (17.145 MB/sec)

The whole system is rather slow - old SCSI, old disk, old CPU so it sort
of balances out. With a decent sized file operation on an unloaded
machine, it shouldn't really matter how slow the CPU is so long as it
can provide data faster than the disks need it.

Paul.
