Ditto Blackrock.
They don't have ready capacity for either voice or ISDN lines, and when
they *did* run a line, it was of too low a quality for ISDN, and they
had to run another one.
And I mean *run* : there were no available cables. This is a 4 minute
walk from the dead centre of Blackrock.
