[ILUG] [ILUG]: Setting timezones

I came in this morning, inserted 64 MB of memory into my machine, turned it
on, and all of a sudden I'm running EST.

a) How to fix? I want back to GMT
b) Any ideas of how this happened...I get my time off ntp.maths.tcd.ie using
   xntpd....
