[ILUG] Fw: EUROPAGATE (fwd)

Thanks to Niall and Donnchadh for helping :) I just didn't think of looking
up Europagate in Google before, since I presumed that RMS would at least
have tried that ;-) But that homepage answers everything... one more group
of people for RMS to bring over from the dark side :)
