This month, there could be a few problems;
First, I'll likely be dead busy that week/weekend, so I'm not sure I
could go, or if I could, I'd not give a well-researched talk.
Also, David Malone informs me that TCD won't let us book a room in TCD
(due to the long weekend). So it would have to either be much earlier in
the day, or it would have to be the following week. Earlier means that
people travelling a distance wouldn't be able to attend, and that if we
did run over (as we did last week), we couldn't continue elsewhere.
In the meantime, could people that could give talks on "Alternative
OSes", please give me a shout ?
I've got someone to do VMS (Ken) and AmigaDOS (me). Still looking for
something on the Hurd, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, multics, OS/390, QNX etc.
Seeing as it's a damn long time since I coded or used AmigaDOS, anyone
that can think of things I should mention, esp things I've half forgotten
(like memory pools), give me a shout.
