  though. If UniP boards can have buckets of IRQs, that's cool.

BX is an SMP chipset, so there's no reason why not. Just before the
APIC support was always tied to SMP support in linux. That's now been
seperated, so APIC is available to uniprocessor too now.

(finally x86 users can leave the PC IRQ baggage behind!)
