I'm willing to concede that insulting Kevin was a bad idea, usually outright
insulting someone would be out of character - so Kevin I'm sorry

Your header, mocked what has been an honest struggle and an uphill battle in
order to win over customers and show them that national isp's are not the
only way to go. Based on one/two irritating factors you were able to
criticize the company, the staff, the service and every thing else; although
I was out of line replying in my fashion, i'm sure you wouldn't like someone
insulting and generalizing your hard work. If you were so incensed as to
post a message to the group advocating the instant removal of darklite as a
solution provider for any web application, I doubt you were serious about
being a client.

I'm sure you were upset, or that Deborah will be, again it was out of
character to reply in this fashion, but please accept that your initial post
was nearly rabid in its tone.

As the banner advertised two of the newest services I offer, and several
customers have signed up as a result of the banner - but I thank you for
your views, as an earlier post said, they have resulted in a positive
removal from the site.

Your remarks were beyond annoying and blunt, they were more OTT than any
floating banner, but as I have conceded, my replies were little better.
