[ILUG] Memory Detection Problem

Well the BIOS reports it as 128mb even on the multi-test mode.
Win2k also reports 128mb, and runs a sh*t load faster.

It's in slot 0 - the slot is marked and all.

Well I'm actually using loadlin to boot at the mo - problems with
root partition being on scsi disk and win2k boot loader. I've
been typing 
	"loadlin vmlinuz root=/dev/sda1 mem=128M 1"
Everything else on the line is working, and the '1', which
is after it is putting it into single user mode.
I think I heard though that the mem= option was no longer
there in the 2.2.X kernels because linux should now
automatically detect correctly the amount of memory.
