I have a buddy who's a buyer for a "major corporation" and does a lot of dealing
with third-party CD burning companies. He's also contemplating setting up one of
his own, but I reckon he'll woose out. If it comes up though, let me know and
I'll see if he can get him to call in a favour. At the very least, I should
probably be able to get you a fairly comprehensive list you could call around
for pricing/freebies.

Adding the Irish stuff, such as dialup scripts, is a damn good idea. I think
there's a Netscape CCK (Client Customisation Kit) available for Linux, so you
could add a linux.ie branded Netscape in there too. :)
