I've come against this problem before while using adeptic's Easy cd
creator & whatever cd copier comes with it.

The only thing I could find which got around it was to stick cd into
Linux box & dd the raw device into a file.  (dd if=/dev/cdrom
of=/wherever/whatever.iso) ftp/copy the resultant (big) iso across to
windoze box & then just burn the iso directly onto the blank.
symlinks seem to work perfectly using this method so I'd suggest giving
it a wellie.

as always other/better suggestions welcome
