[ILUG] connecting microsoft exchange

Hi, i'm trying to get Microsoft exchange to download from my Linux virtual 
server.
Does anyone know the retrevial command needed, where the mail server is 
aliased as mail.domainname.ie

For indigo the command is --- Finger user @ relay.iol.ie ---

It might be a Microsoft question and not a Linux question, so you can tell 
me to feck off if you like.
