There are a number of commercial CD manufacturers in Ireland, most
within striking distance of Dublin.  Your nearest is probably Saturn in
the City West estate.  However, they will all require an order of at
least 500 units and then there's the additional cost of the artwork to
be considered (most/all demand film output for the art ro else charge a
fortune for producing it).
More possible is to ask them to do volume CD-R production which is more
expensive 'per unit' but far cheaper for small volumes.  Zomax in
Clondalkin spring to mind as a possible.
