Probably. Some large vendors are starting to offer this.

I would guess a few hundred less than a normal office PC that comes
equipped with Win2k, Office and probably a few other crap OEM
proggies.

If you do, take it up with your local consumer commission. If you
don't have Windows installed, you won't have to pay for it (I'd almost
promise you that you won't have to pay for Windows if they sell it as
a "Linux PC")

Course you would...
I think you probably could have answered /most/ of these q's yourself,
or at least called the 1800 number to get Dell's customer support.
