I have decided to go back to Mandrake as my linux os in work, was using
SuSE 6.4, but had some problems. Anyhow. I installed Mandrake 7, and I
already knew there were problems with the sound card on my machine, not
being supported by Mandrake, but alsa had drivers. It's a Crystal Sonic
4614. When I configure and make the alsa drivers lib's and utils, as per
the documentation. My NIC crashes and I can't resolve my ip by dhcpc.
Has anyone come across this or is there any solutions, other than paying
for OSS :o)
