[ILUG] [OT] Compaq LTE 5000

Anyone out there know where I could lay my hands on either
a) a mainboard for a Compaq LTE 5000
or b) an abandoned LTE 5000

for a reasonabe sum of money ...

Mine won't accept a memory upgrade,
the onboard 8MB checks OK normally, but if I upgrade to 40MB I get a POST
Fatal error 7808KB into the mem check ! (wrote one thing, read another !)

Any suggestions ?

For use as a small linux workstation / IR mobile dialup masq server (over
9600 GSM) ! It works, but 8MB is a bit restricting !!!
