Am I missing something here ? It's simply a matter of running cdrecord with
the BBC ISO (bootable is a feature of the ISO, not the burning process).
Don't have cderase, but cdrecord has a blank option for erasing. I'm sure
I've erased this CD 20 times by now :-) (Just had a quick glance through my
history - blanked the CD 15 times in there. I don't know how many which have
gone from the history, and I finally copped on and wrote a script which does
all the various things for me - mounting the BBC's bits, unmounting them,
making a new ISO, burning, blanking so I've blanked it a few more times with
that too. How may times can you rewrite a CD-RW anyway ?

The real trick in this process is deconstructing the BBC ISO and its
compressed filesystem so that you can modify it, and then reconstructing it
so that you can burn it.
