My brother has a Diva internal ISDN
ISP: Unison
Ping: average 35

ISP: Ocean
Ping: average 45

Both playing a lot of games we discuss pings often amongst ourselves and other
gamers and the general consensus is that yes, internal ISDN does offer lower
latency. I'll try my ping times from unison next time I connect but I reckon
it won't be much different from tinet, if it is I'll followup.

There's often a similar discussion about modems aswell, especially winmodems
(I imagine because of the processing power already taken up by the game
starves the modem a bit).
