[ILUG] Port in use

I have just installed Mandrake 7 and chose not to install Apache as part of
the default install as I wished to install it later manually.  However when
I did install it again httpd will not start as port 80 is allready in use.
I have searched to find which service has it open but I cannot find it

netstat -an produces the line
tcp 0    0    127.0.0.1:80    0.0.0.0:*    LISTEN

but I can't figure out what is actually opening the port...
can you?
