Loads of CPU's have had HCF opcodes (Halt and Catch Fire) over the years.
THe M6800 had one that toggled bus lines so fast they would burn
themselves out:)

Of course, farting near a Speccy with a Kingston joystick adaptor would
usually cause it to start spewing smoke, screwing up Jetset Willies
chances of ever getting any sleep:) Poor willy.
