Mornin',
I'm running a fairly fresh install of redhat 6.2 in work.
I have my home directory in another server nfs mounted into my home
dir on my machine. However, my machine keeps frezzing up with the
following begin printed into /var/log/messages::

Sep 18 16:54:05 fluff kernel: nfs: server inlinux not responding, still
trying
Sep 18 16:54:38 fluff kernel: nfs: task 2332 can't get a request slot
Sep 18 16:55:12 fluff kernel: nfs: task 2333 can't get a request slot
Sep 18 16:57:47 fluff kernel: nfs: server inlinux OK
Sep 18 16:57:47 fluff last message repeated 2 times
Sep 18 17:23:38 fluff kernel: nfs: server inlinux not responding, still
trying
Sep 18 17:28:02 fluff kernel: nfs: server inlinux OK
Sep 18 17:43:38 fluff kernel: nfs: server inlinux not responding, still

Sep 18 17:48:32 fluff kernel: nfs: server inlinux OK

trying
Sep 18 18:57:50 fluff kernel: nfs: server inlinux OK
Sep 18 21:13:38 fluff kernel: nfs: server inlinux not responding, still
trying
Sep 18 21:18:32 fluff kernel: nfs: server inlinux OK
Sep 18 22:53:38 fluff kernel: nfs: server inlinux not responding, still
trying
Sep 18 22:58:32 fluff kernel: nfs: server inlinux OK

This is happening at regular intervals, and is driving me up the wall.
I've tried upgrading the kernel to 2.2.16 & 17, but no difference. Any
ideas people?

Steve

Ps. the remote machine, inlinux, is a redhat 6.1 machine, with the 2.2.12
kernel.
