it's also usually better to not include half a ton of useless included 
crap when sending mails to the list. Aim for legibility especially if
looking for help. I know personally that when faced with pages of includes
I just ignore the message and I know there are others here that feel
similarly. *Please* inlcude only what's necessary from the previous post.
