[ILUG] Scripting scp transfer

I've been trying to script scp transfers between linux/Solaris/*nix using
scp, but because it prompts for a password I've investigated the expect
command.  But still can't figure it out.

Does anybody know of a good resource or sample script I could have a goo at?
