Fair enough - after I sent that, I did wonder about repeating
compression-decompression cycles without ANY other changes. This is
analagous to our discussion about SDMI - something else. Where you will see
JPEG artefacts becoming intrusive is when you read a JPEG file into
Photoshop / GIMP, manipulate it in some way, and then re-compress it.
