Run tcpdump on the Intel side and see does the file transfer or does it
sorta crap out .. if it the Intel side keeps arping and getting no
response hardcode the Alpha Ethernet/IP pair in to the Intel box arp cache
using arp...
this used to happen with DECstation PROMs where they wouldn't respond to
arps after the tftp had started... v.wierd..
