Okay an issue that I've noticed before with a few of these type IMAP
mailers.. is they don't like a folder call inbox anywhere but the
/var/spool/mail/<username> INBOX... I've procmail sticking my mail in
~/mail/inbox and I think this did confuse poor old evolution a bit ..
I've renamed the above folder to ~/mail/mailinbox and I'll see how it
goes at that ..
