[ILUG] tar: arg list too long

Hi,

I'm trying to tar some files. When I tried :

tar -cvf /dev/rmt/c0t3d0s0 * , I'm getting error
message saying "arg list too long". If I'm not wrong
this is because the path name is too long. any way i
could go around this problem?
