Ah. Sorta worked it out. Probably some stuff wrong:

[root at manannan isdn]# cat rate-ie.dat
V:0.1-Ireland [20-2-2001]

# Currency
U:%.2f IEP

P:10 Eircom
B:01010
Z:1 Dublin
A:+3531
T:W/08-18=0.11/180 Day
T:W/18-08=0.01/60 Night
T:E,H/*=0.01/60 Weekend

[root at manannan isdn]# cat holiday-ie.dat
V:1.0-Ireland [20-2-2001]

W:1 Monday
W:2 Tuesday
W:3 Wednesday
W:4 Thursday
W:5 Friday
W:6 Saturday
W:7 Sunday
W:W workday
W:E weekend
W:H holiday
W:* everyday

D:1.1 NewYearsDay
D:easter-2 GoodFriday
D:easter Easter
D:easter+1 EasterMonday
D:1.5 MayDay
D:25.12 Christmas
D:26.12 StephensDay

 Apparently, the B: in the "rate-ie.dat" is;

       VBN-Number for provider
              e.g. B:1002
This is the number to select this provider and
              depends on your country.

Anyone know what that means ? Also, does anyone know what the Eircom
prices are (I guessed) ?

Kate
