Or, if you aren't a hardware type, you can do it in software:
bean [1] cat .Xmodmap
! Evil, evil caps lock. I map it to raise_lower in my window manager
remove lock = Caps_Lock
! Assign caps lock to something useful
keycode 66 = osfSelect
! And give the windows keys a useful existance
keycode 115 = osfDelete
keycode 116 = osfUndo
keycode 117 = osfMenu
