Been there, done that, worn the teeshirt, spent several hours on the phone 
to the customer explaining this.

Business reality starts to kick in - as a business, we're here to make 
money, not to spend lots of time on a crusade to make our competitors clean 
up their act.  While any business obviously wants to do the right thing, 
the fact remains that it is a bad use of resources allowing a support 
person to spend several hours explaining to a £200 customer why the 
customer can't receive mail from his partner with an Eircom account.

I would also point out that this is off topic for ILUG, and would suggest 
we take it over to the IIU list.
