I agree that it's dead interesting and I was seriously thinking of buying
one, as my Palm III is on its last legs but then I looked at the web site.
They're looking for $790 for the development kit. No correct me if I'm
wrong, but I would see a development kit as a way of seeding the market with
applications - the reason the Palm platform has been so successful despite
being vastly lower powered than WinCE machines is the huge range of
applications (first mover didn't hurt either, of course). $790 (excluding
shipping, mind) strikes me as just too much to pay for beta quality hardware.

Of course, I could be entirely wrong here, and maybe established Palm and
WinCE developers will think that that price is fine, but it's not for me.
