Allow me to stand corrected!

says that Eircom have postponed their DSL roll out. I have no idea if this
means they will not offer bitstream access to OLOs, I hope the ODTR will
make them do this, otherwise no one will be doing DSL.
This also shouldn't effect co-location as I think this was an EU mandate, so
at some stage, no matter what Eircom do, the OLOs will be able to offer
services at some stage,
