I remember Andre Hedrick a year or two ago, in a scsi vs ide thread
on l-k, saying effectively: IDE will have tagged commands so no
advantage there for scsi anymore.
more recently, now that it's out and he's written the support for it,
he's said IDE TCQ is broken or not very useful.
