[ILUG] Accented characters from kybard.

Is there a good resource for this?
I'm looking for certain accented characters that I obviously don't have at
the moment.
A little Googling has not yielded much in the way of usable links.

I've forgotten the name of the config file that I was looking at but i'm
pretty certain that it's a matter of inserting the correct values into the
file.
I've no idea what the commands are.
I'm looking in particular for cartain Spanish characters (upside down ! and
?).
