I upgraded to Woody and then I can't really remember what I did but when I do 'apt-get update' all I get is the following:

E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory, are you root?

I definitely am root. What the hell have I done?

Help appreciated.
