and presumably the following dialogue went something like


Kate: "Can you do any queries with Oracle now ?"
Luser: "No, I can't"
Kate: "Well, Oracle has recognised that the disks are gone then."

Stupid people although in fairness to the cc one, it was probably some poor
harried admin who'd been using Unices with C compilers for years, and
couldn't understand why he was getting an error  when he typed cc even if
the meaning of the English words was perfectly clear. I knew it was
happening with the transition from SunOS to Solaris, but I still couldn't
believe it :-)
