No. The problem is, that it passes three arguments to the auth module and
it only waits two. A friend of mine had a similar problem and he solved it
with modifing the source code of ncsa_auth. Maybe you can try to get the
binary from a Debian server because the authentication is working there.
It's precompiled and part of the squid deb.
