uhmm.. i don't see this problem. if i send mail to:

"paul o'jakma" <paulj at itg.ie>

it gets through. Tested so far with:

sendmail 8.11.2 -> sendmail 8.11.2 -> fetchmail
5.7.4 -> postfix -> procmail-3.14

or do you mean if there's an apostrephe in the actual username? eg:

"joe o'bar" <joe.o'bar at foo.com>
