Which means you will almost certainly need to pay more money again.

I've no idea how Eircom will do it here, but it should be noted that there 
is a contention ratio between you and the ISP in the UK with DSL (for home 
users, normally 1:50).   So if you're on an ISP with lots of RedHat users 
and they are all downloading the newest ISO image, you could well find that 
normal dialup is faster.
