[ILUG] CDROM mount problems (major and minor numbers)

Let me think this through...

I presume the char-block-xxx becomes char-block-hdd in my case.

The postinstall requests the loading of ide-cdrom after any loading of
ide-scsi yes?

This is for dynamic module loading is it or does this replace my entries in
rc.local?

I seem to recall setting a few somethings in modules.conf on foot (no mouth
though!) of tho CD-Writing howto but didn't get anywhere and I ain't at the
box just now to check.
