[ILUG] Hex viewing and me :-)

I may be paranoid, but that doesn't mean that they're not out to get me ! I
mentioned in a previous post that I usually use gitview for viewing files in
a hexdump mode. Well, it's buggy too. It (at least in ver. 4.3.19) doesn't
display the last character in a file in Ascii.

P.S. Just checked on another box where I have SuSE 7 (this box has 6.4)
installed - it has ver. 4.3.20 and that bug is gone. The other box has
Xemacs 21.1 patch 10 whereas this one has patch 8 but the 0x0a -> 0x0d
transposition still takes place, although I don't get asked for an
encryption key when I open the file (on the other box, that is.)
