[ILUG] lsof for solaris / sunOS?

Running two boxes, one SunOS 5.5 the other SunOS 5.7  Is there an equivalent
of lsof for these boxes?  I'm trying to do a C-shell script to do a waitfor 
on a file and I can do it for a file that shows on a command-line using ps
but I really need lsof instead.

I don't know Sun / solaris at all so I'm not even sure where to start
looking...
