Don't believe the hype.. if you're running a home squid proxy, a P75 will
do.. you might want a bit more ram (given that squid would like 8-16 for
itself, but 32/48 will do.. I'm aware of at least one company firewall
that was run on a P133 with 32Mb ram and 2G scsi drive, and squid
is not particularly processor intensive (apart from the bit
where it creates all its directories (and that's more drive intensive
:))
