[ILUG] alternatives to exchange??

Hey,

Just a quick question ... I'm running sendmail as our mail server on linux, and all our users are using Outlook 2000. To get things like centralised address books and shared calendars working, functions that exchange server can do (i think, never used it) .. is there an alternative to exchange? Just wondering what other people do in their office?
