[ILUG] suspending programs.

 Nope. The program has to be able to save it's state to disk on getting a
ctrl-C or the like. 

 There was talk of doing something like this (Sun tryed with Solaris 2.6,
but failed to do it properly) - but nothing has ever really been
implemented, to my knowledge.
