Yeah, and selinux is a case where a whole new distro from scratch is
probably justified or possibly even required. I just think that you should
have a really good reason for doing it rather than just submitting patches
or creating packages.

Have a look at http://lwn.net/Distributions/ any new distro better be
something special to compete with all those,
