[ILUG] upload-only ftp settings

Hi,

I need to create an ftp user who can upload files *only*, and cannot delete,
truncate, chmod or otherwise mess with any existing files in their tree.

The problem is that every doc I can find starts telling me how to config
anonymous ftp, which is not useful.

So, using /etc/ftpaccess to configure wu-ftp 2.6.1, has anyone managed
this before, and if so, how? My best guess is to create a new group which
contains only the user in question, and then limit the permissions of that
group, but the docs explaining groups for FTP are bloody obscure :-/
