[ILUG] Redhat Lionux 7.2 - Problem in network configuration

Hi,
    I am facing a strange problem after I installed RHL 7.2 on my PC(and also on the firewall of my office). When I change network settings through netconf/linuxconf, the settings do not come in effect until I reboot the system. And they do not come into effect at all on the firewall computer in my office(though I got them working for the first time! which was actually the last time), which has three LAN cards, one connected to the internet router and other two connected to two branches of our office.
