[ILUG] What does 'Changing network settings' mean in simplest of all cases?

Yeah that was a bit f@#king rude. If you want help then you have to be
open to questions. You could have been trying to setup ip aliases, DNS
settings or anything else to do with networking. It's a pretty big
topic. Wineing about "I can't change this and it doesn't work booh hoo
hoo" doesn't mean a lot to most people.
