Pop over to w3c.org, and see can you find "tidy". It'll w3c lint your
code for you. And moan a lot.

Nope. HTML4 stuff looks cack on it. Let netscape 4.x die - it's complete crud.

Or, just use the w3c specs, and say "Use Mozilla, Konqueror or IE5".
