[ILUG] Acturate ping times!

I'm not sure how you can use this to estimate someone's location... 
The RTT is going to vary significantly depending on the number of packets
being sent from the host, the condition of the local lan, the throughput
of the Wireless device and the OS load on the destination device.

Measuring that sort of value to estimate location is only useful if
you do it statistacally over a huge number of pings - but at the 
users are mobile they may move half way through your measurement and
skew the results.

The Linux kernel isn't a real time OS, so  you should look at using something
that is RT based to do the measurements - but then it will be invalidated
because the destination machine isn't real time anyway...
